More Power. More Wavelengths. More Precision — MPBC at Photonics West 2026
Photonics West has always been a cornerstone event for MPBC, and 2026 is our most ambitious showing yet. As a long-time exhibitor, we return this year with our strongest wave of innovation to date, unveiling an expanded portfolio of fiber lasers and space-ready amplification solutions that go well beyond incremental updates.
Built on decades of expertise in fiber laser and amplifier technology, this year’s innovations push further in power, noise performance, spectral purity, and long-term stability. From high-power visible CW sources and ultra-narrow-linewidth single-frequency lasers to ultrafast platforms and space-qualified optical amplifiers, our latest developments reflect MPBC’s continued commitment to advancing what fiber-based solutions can deliver—on the bench, in the field, and in orbit.
Continuous-Wave (CW) Fiber Lasers
488 nm – 1 W CW Fiber Laser
This 488 nm CW fiber laser delivers 1 W of stable blue output in a compact, robust all-fibre platform. Based on MPBC’s neodymium-doped fiber laser technology, it doubles the output power of our previous 488 nm model while maintaining excellent beam quality and long-term stability, making it ideal for life-science and biomedical applications such as biophotonics, fluorescence microscopy, and flow cytometry.
620 nm – 5 W CW Fiber Laser
This 620 nm CW fiber laser delivers up to 5 W of output power with excellent beam quality and highly stable performance. Active power stabilization and low intensity noise provide a clean, collimated beam, while the robust all-fiber design ensures reliable, long-term operation for precision scientific and industrial applications.
775 nm – 5 W CW Fiber Laser
Designed for applications requiring exceptional spatial and polarization purity, this 775 nm CW fiber laser delivers low-noise, actively stabilized output in a fundamental TEM₀₀ mode. The linearly polarized output, oriented vertically to the base, ensures predictable polarization control and long-term stability for demanding scientific experiments, nonlinear optics, and advanced instrumentation.

Pulsed Fiber Lasers
775 nm High-Energy Pulsed Fiber Laser
The new 775 nm high-energy pulsed fiber laser delivers over 5 W of average output power with flexible repetition rates from 0.1 to 2 MHz. It features short pulse durations of 10–30 ns, high polarization purity (PER >20 dB), and reliable pulse energies of 5–15 μJ, with support for both internal and external triggering.
Ultrastable Pulsed Fiber Laser (C-band)
Designed for extreme stability, these C-band pulsed fiber lasers deliver more than 10 mW of average power with better than 0.1% RMS stability over 24 hours. Flexible pulse durations from 1 to 150 ns and repetition rates up to 200 MHz make them well-suited for quantum computing and precision photonics.
