2RU Raman Co-Pumps
The 2RU Raman Co-Pump sources provide distributed Raman post-amplification. They are equipped with two OSC receivers (one for 1574 nm and one for 1610 nm) and an OSC signal transmitter at 1574 nm for fiber integrity monitoring, as well as the coupling optics to combine the outgoing C-Band channels with the OSC Tx signal prior to launch into the span along with the Raman pump power.

2RU Super Raman Co-Pump
2RU-N-SRCP
The 2RU-SRCP co-pump provides up to 3 W output power at 1276 nm, along with low seed power at
1454 nm, for third-order Raman pumping.
It is designed as a cost-effective solution to link extensions by providing distributed Raman post-amplification out in the span for transmitted data channels in the red end of the C-band (1542 to 1568 nm).

2RU-N-MLD + MLDS
The MLD and MLDS co-pump sources are designed to provide a cost-effective solution to link extension by providing post-amplification out in the span for transmitted data channels across the full C-band.
These Raman Pump network elements are compact and easy to install and maintain.
The 2RU-MLD is a 1 W first-order Raman co-pump in which the high 14xx-nm power is generated by multiplexing four high-power laser diodes, two at 1426 nm and two at 1454 nm.
The 2RU-MLDS is a supplementary unit to the 2RU-MLD. The 2RU-MLD + 2RU-MLDS combination provides high 14xx-nm power by multiplexing eight high-power laser diodes, two at each of the following wavelengths – 1402, 1411, 1426 and 1454 nm, resulting in a combination of first- and second-order co-pumping. This solution offers 2 W of combined output power.
