We continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by offering the following pro-active and responsive services:
- Fault Clearance Service - MPBCC provides technical assistance on investigating performance issues, identifying corrections and generating provisional and final solutions to any problems arising during installation, commissioning or operation of equipment.
- Hotline Service - On-Call Support is available to answer technical and operational inquiries. Our experts are ready to answer questions on a variety of topics relating to operational technical support.
- Repair and Replacement Service - MPBC provides a repair and replacement service for field replaceable units of MPBC products. Upon receipt of defective hardware accompanied by a Return Material Authorization, the unit is repaired or replaced in the designated turn-around time.
